Place fish fillets on a rack in broiler pan. Mix butter, cilantro, salt and garlic in small cup or bowl. Brush half of butter mix onto top sides of fish. Set oven to broil or very high heat. Broil fish about 4" from heat source for about 5 minutes, until lightly cooked. Take pan with fish out and flip over fillets. Brush remaining butter onto fillets. Broil another 4 minutes or until flakes easily with fork. Serve with GARLIC SALSA-Heat all ingredients over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until very hot and bubbly. This dish is excellent and simple to make. MM Waldine Van Geffen vghc42a@prodigy. com. Lynn Thomas' notes: Made this 10-6-97; I used a little more garlic, 5 sole fillets and parsley. This was an easy dish and tasted great.
